HST stands for Heat Storage and means that these are wood-burning stoves that store heat. Below the top stone are 4 large soapstone blocks, which together with the lining store the heat of the stove. To complete the design, soapstone is also placed in the firewood section. Thanks to the ventilated handle, you will not burn yourself when new firewood needs to be added.
