You don't just put a pellet stove in the car boot. Pellet stoves are heavy and take up a lot of space. That is why we are happy to arrange home delivery for you.

Our own delivery service

Ecogy considers it important that you get your order delivered quickly. Our own delivery service delivers the pellet stove to your home within 48 hours, provided the product you ordered is in stock in our warehouse. We deliver throughout Belgium.  Installation

Service

Have your pellet stove serviced annually for proper operation. Do you want to ensure a long life for your pellet stove? Then it is best to take out a maintenance agreement. Incidentally, most quality brands of pellet stoves also require a maintenance agreement.

Warranty

Moreover, to claim warranty for your pellet stove, you must be able to prove at all times that your pellet stove is serviced annually by an approved company and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

All our installers at Ecogy have received in-house training and are retrained annually by technical staff from various brands. This way, we know exactly how your pellet stove functions. If you sign a pellet stove maintenance agreement, you are therefore assured of the correct operation of your pellet stove.

Proper maintenance is specialist work, not only does it extend the life of your pellet stove, but a well-maintained pellet stove uses less fuel and is therefore better for the environment.

For a fixed amount of €210 per year, you are assured of undisturbed heat enjoyment. A pellet stove maintenance agreement consists of:

Cleaning of stove and interior
Cleaning the entire flue
Fan cleaning
Cleaning of inlet and outlet ducts
Checking and adjusting technical system ( if necessary )
