For the Aduro 22.5 Lux, you can purchase a special floor plate, which is placed in front of the stove and can be easily moved and cleaned from either side. You can also buy a decorative soapstone ring, to create an attractive contrast with a black wood-burning stove, and which will retain heat even when the stove is switched off.

External air supply

The Aduro 22.5 Lux is supplied with an external air connection, where the air comes directly from outside the house via an air duct. This external air supply is particularly important for homes that are very airtight, such as new homes complying with BBC standards. You can install the external air supply through the outside wall of your house, and conceal the duct behind or under the stove, for added aesthetic appeal.
