Regular maintenance is essential if your pellet stove is to work properly. A defective pellet stove or one that is not working optimally is not only inconvenient, it’s dangerous. Safety comes first.
We will first carry out a thorough inspection of the pellet stove and then discuss with you any technical faults with the pellet stove or parts that need servicing. That way, you’ll never have any unpleasant surprises.
We only offer maintenance, repair and service for pellet stoves purchased from us and installed by us. This is not because we don’t want to, but because we absolutely have to. We are legally obliged to do this: we are responsible for the entire installation, from start to finish. We don’t want to be responsible for someone else’s work.
Important: always use good quality pellets. The quality of the pellets has a major impact on the efficiency and lifespan of your heating system. It is important to buy wood pellets produced in accordance with EN and DIN standards, to ensure that the right raw material is used and that the wood pellets are of good quality.
